🔄 Refund policy

  • If you are charged and your voucher code is not delivered, contact us — we will deliver your code or refund you in full within 24–48 hours.
  • Duplicate or failed payments are refunded in full within 24–48 hours after verification.
  • Vouchers are prepaid digital access codes: once a code has been delivered and redeemed on the network, it cannot be refunded.
  • To request a refund, message us on WhatsApp with your payment reference.
