These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by BOLLA DIGITAL SERVICES ("we", "us", "our"), a registered Business Name with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Nigeria, operating the Lennox Starlink Hotspot WiFi network. By purchasing a voucher or using our network, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
We sell prepaid WiFi data vouchers that grant time-limited and/or data-limited access to our Starlink-powered hotspot network. Vouchers are delivered digitally and automatically after successful payment.
2. Purchases & Payment
- All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include any applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely by our licensed third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details.
- A voucher code is delivered automatically after payment confirmation. Keep your code private — anyone with the code can redeem it.
3. Voucher Validity & Use
- Each voucher is valid for the data allowance and/or duration stated at the time of purchase (e.g., 30 days from activation unless otherwise stated).
- Vouchers are for use only on the Lennox Starlink Hotspot network.
- Unused vouchers do not expire before redemption, but plan validity begins once the code is redeemed on the network.
- Vouchers may not be resold without our written permission.
4. Refunds
- If payment is taken and your voucher code is not delivered, we will deliver the code or refund you in full within 24–48 hours of verification.
- Duplicate or failed payments are refunded in full within 24–48 hours after verification.
- Once a voucher code has been delivered and redeemed on the network, it cannot be refunded.
- To request a refund, contact us on WhatsApp with your payment reference.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our network for any unlawful activity, including fraud, unauthorized access to systems, distribution of malware, or infringement of others' rights. We may suspend access for abuse, network attacks, or activity that degrades the service for other users.
6. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but internet connectivity depends on factors beyond our control (including satellite availability, weather, and power). The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected voucher. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
